The Ariel Dress. Named after the feisty spirit in Shakespeare’s The Tempest, the Ariel Dress is similarly diaphanous in character. Constructed with gathers of fine silk-blend chiffon, and featuring delicate spaghetti straps and a contemporary dropped waist, the fabric catches the slightest breeze. Fully lined with breathable organic bamboo charmeuse, the dress has pockets in the side seams of the skirt, and a hidden wrist loop and ribbon ties to hold or tie the train out of the way for dancing. Over ten metres of fabric are needed to make this stunning piece. All Rolling In Roses pieces are available in any size.

“I come
To answer thy best pleasure, be ’t to fly,
To swim, to dive into the fire, to ride
On the curled cloud.”
