The Koshiire Dress. A contemporary square neckline is topped by spaghetti straps, which descend over the shoulders to a low fitted back. The Koshiire Dress is created from luxury heavyweight Italian crêpe, which is a perfect vegan alternative to silk. This beautiful organic fabric has a slight stretch which helps it mould to the body, and embraces the figure without restricting movement. A classically understated gown, which has flattering diagonal darts at the derrière and a fitted skirt which extends out to create a striking train. Perfect to wear on its own or with our layering pieces such as the Tandoku Blouse, Kimono Robe, or Passion Blouse. Koshiire means ‘marriage’ or ‘bridal procession’ in Japanese.
Fabrics:
Outer: organic Italian crêpe (65% organic viscose 32% recycled natural acetate 3% elastane)
Lining: sustainable Cupro made from regenerated cotton linter, OEKO-TEX® certified with a global recycling certificate as these fibres are the by-products of the cotton industry which would otherwise end up in landfill. Breathable, natural, biodegradable, and compostable.
Sewn with organic cotton thread
