The Unaji Jumpsuit. Simple but striking. A plunging V neckline is balanced by wide kimono-cut sleeves, and a fitted waistline is offset by the movement of wide-legged trousers. Made from beautifully soft eco-friendly satin with a subtle sheen, which is a perfect vegan alternative to silk. The nape of the neck is framed by the back neckline fastened with a single button of Japanese mother-of-pearl, and the back is slashed to the waist to show a brazen glimpse of skin. ‘Unaji’ means ‘nape’ in Japanese; the nape of the neck is traditionally viewed as the most erogenous part of the body as it was one of the only areas left uncovered by the kimono.
